I have not received a part of my order.

If you're missing part of your order, we might have sent it in more than one parcels.
In this case, you will receive one dispatch email per package.

This is more likely to happen if your order is quite large or few products are not in stock at the moment but will be soon.
We do that because we don't want to keep you waiting for your order and of course, you don't pay extra shipping costs.

If you receive only one dispatch email notification and still haven't received all of your items, please contact us at support@strangersandlovers.com within 24hours of receiving your order, and we will investigate this further.
Please make sure to provide the following information:

  • Your name.
  • Your order number.
  • Your email address.
