My order was cancelled or modified

When we receive your order, we need 1-2 business days to process it. We do not ship out on weekends or holidays.

In this period, we double-check the following:

  • Product/s availability. There are occasions that some products or variants might be out of stock but still be shown as available in the online store. In this case, we will remove the product/s and refund the amount to the initial payment method.
  • If the payment method used during checkout is valid.
  • If the shipping address provided during check out is valid according to our shipping partner's policy. For example, some shipping carriers won't accept orders with a P/O BOX as a delivery address.
  • If the customer has read and accepted our Terms of use and Policies before checking out.
  • Shipping method. In some cases, we might upgrade the shipping method to FAST Shipping.  !! We will never downgrade the shipping method before letting you know. !!
  • Other details regarding your order.

If we need to cancel or modify your order before the shipment for the reasons mentioned above, we will let you know in the email address connected to your order.
In any case, you will be aware of the cancellation or modification reason.
