STRANGERS&LOVERS gladly accept returns for items 10 days from the delivery date and provide you with a gift certificate or a refund.
- We refund all full-priced items, excluding accessories, swimwear and lingerie.
- Create a return request and make sure to fill out all questions.
- Please allow 1-4 working days for your request to be reviewed.
- When and if your request has been approved, you will receive an email including the SHIPPING LABEL, which will also be attached to your return form.
- Please note that we can ONLY accept return parcels under the shipping label that our Company provides.
- Items must be posted in the mail within 7 days after your return request has been approved. Any items posted after this timeframe may be denied.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, including tags, bags, and sanitary labels.
- Once STRANGERS&LOVERS have received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund or store credit is issued.
- If you don’t specify your return method, we will issue a Gift Certificate in exchange for the returned items.
- Please note we are only able to issue one return ticket per order. Please ensure all items you are looking to return are included In the return request form.
Strangers & Lovers will not issue a refund on parcels that do not abide by the above-mentioned instructions.
