At STRANGERS&LOVERS, once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for the item. If your tracking states "Delivered", but you haven't received the package, please:
- Check the delivery area and with neighbours.
- Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
- Consider shipping to a secure address or require a signature in the future.
