Can I use a different shipping label to return an order?

Please note that Strangers&Lovers can only accept return parcels shipped with the shipping label that our company provides.
We will not identify an order with a different tracking number than the one we have provided to our customers.
Our company will not issue a refund on parcels that do not abide by the abovementioned instructions.
